Ⅰ.The Analysis of Teaching Content
本课为清华一条龙,第三单元Colors,第二课。在本单元中学生主要学习关于颜色的一些单词和句型。学生需要学会如何询问颜色、如何表达自己喜欢的颜色等。本单元的内容和生活联系紧密,学生们的兴趣很大。本单元分为7个课时,本课为第二课。
Ⅱ.The Analysis of Students
The students of Grade 6 have learned English for more than 3 years. They have already mastered certain basic language knowledge. Most of them are interested in English learning. They are curious about new things. They are eager to behave themselves, full of competiveness. The teacher should pay attention to stimulating their interests in English and helping them gain self confidence. What is more, good study habits and effective learning strategies should be developed under the guidance of the teacher.
III.The Philosophy of Design
The new English curriculum strives to accomplish far more than just help students learn English. At one level, Learning English should involve helping students use language for real communication. In order to promote the quality of education, particular attention must be paid to valuing each students'interests in studying English, helping students gain a sense of achievement and self confidence.
IV. Teaching Objectives
Knowledge Objectives

学生能够理解、认读单词:red、blue、white、sky、apple等。

学生能够在情境中感知名词的复数。

学生能够用英语表达自己喜欢的颜色。

Step1 Warm up and Lead in

师生问候
2.
复习巩固
教师把Snow white, Monkey, Elephant的头饰分别发给3位同学,请个别同学介绍自己的真实姓名,而后问其中一个戴头饰的动物或者白雪公主。
Step2 Presentation
⑴学习单词white、white clouds
拿出白色兔子玩具问:What is this? What color is it?
拿出课前准备好的白色纸片,请学生看,并说white.
让学生想想还有其他的什么东西是白色的。
(2)学习单词red、red apples
拿出一个苹果,问学生What is this? What color is it?
教师自己表达:I like red apple. Do you like it?
用同样的方法学习剩下的单词。
Step3 Practice
(1)猜一猜
拿出课前准备的彩纸,把背面朝上,让学生猜颜色。
(2)采访活动
拿着红、白、蓝3种颜色,同学之间互相问:What color do you like?
拿着红苹果、蓝天、白云图片:What do you like?
被采访的学生回答:I like….
(3) 播放录音,学生听、模仿单词、词组、句子对话。
Step4 Extension
教师扮演Snow White,请两名学生扮演Monkey, Elephant,练习对话,帮助学生进一步正确模仿、准确理解对话内容。

做个调查,了解下家人喜欢的颜色
