2. Sing a song.
3. Greetings.
4. Review some words: skirt, shoes, watch. Ss look and say.
【设计意图:以chant 和歌曲导入,以旧引新,既能有效吸引孩子的注意力,也为新课的教学打下良好的基础。】Step 2: New words and sentences
1.Show a cake. Today is Jenny’s birthday. This is her present. What’ s in the box? Ss guess. Learn to say dress.
What color is the dress? Is it beautiful? It’s new, too.
Learn to say a new dress.
2. Jenny likes her new dress very much. What does she say? Listen to the tape.
Learn to say : Can I wear my new dress today? Yes, you can.
3. A chain game.(连锁问答使机械操练富有趣味性)
