教学过程
Step Ⅰ Warm-up.
1.Greeting： Hello，boys and girls.
How are you? （Fine. Thanks）
How’s the weather today? (Its nice today.)
Let’s sing “Its nice today.” OK?
(设计意图：根据当天天气选唱歌曲，贴近生活实际。)
2. Sing a song “Its nice today.”
（设计意图：歌曲不禁活跃了课堂气氛，此处歌曲还可以导入对话，活学活用。）
3. Free talking:
It’s nice today. What can we do?
(Let’s play on the swing/slide, fly kites ….)
4. Do actions.
Play on the swing/slide, fly kites, stay at home, read a book, watch TV, play chess …
（设计意图：复习动词短语，为后面学习做铺垫。）
StepⅡLead-in.
Listen and guess. (逐一出示PPT图片，最后一张出示make a snowman。)
1. We can fly kites. How’s the weather today?
2. We can stay at home and read a book. How’s the weather today?
3. We can play on the swing. How’s the weather today?

Step Ⅲ Presentation.
1、(PPT） Show the picture of “snowy”, lead to read.
Then show the picture of “snow”, ask “ Look at the snow. What color is the snow?”（It’s white.）

（设计意图：欣赏美丽的雪花图片，让学生留下深刻的影像记忆。）
Lead to read “snow”.
2、(PPT）Show the picture of “snowman”, lead to read.
3、 Chant.

（设计意图：结合PPT练习说snowman 和snow white，让学生领会合成词其实是两个词组成的，学起来并不难。）
4、Listen and repeat. snow snowman
（设计意图：培养学生良好的听读习惯。）
5、ask and answer.

6、Listen and repeat.

（设计意图：通过唱歌巩固刚学完的对话。）

2、Listen and match.(Do the exercise in Part 3.)

教学反思:
1、英语教学的原则是：词不离句，句不离篇。在进入新词教学之前，我设计了一个“Guessing”的游戏。我先介绍可以做的事后，再让学生猜天气。在听我介绍的过程中，学生自然就会用英语去思考，同时，大量句型输入也为后面的输出做好了铺垫。
2、学习英语的目的是用英语进行交际。句型教学如果脱离了情景就失去了其真实的意义。所以，我在会话教学中利用PPT做了一些有关天气的课件，结合课件中的天气与学生进行对话交流，让学生在情景中运用语言，培养学生运用英语思维的能力，提高学生的英语表达水平。
