学情分析:

四年级的学生已经有了一定的英语语言基础,在听、说、读、写各方面进行简单的表述并不困难,所以在设计本课时,每一环节都是在他们已学过的知识的前提下引出新的环节,层层递进,使其理解并学会新的单词和句型。为了使课生动形象,我除了用各种有趣的图片吸引学生的注意力,而且还通过活动让全体学生参与进来,在轻松快乐的环境中学习英语。

教学目标:

1.知识目标:

能听懂学说单词:bamboo, panda, deer, forest, walk, find.

能听懂并操练句型:…---Where is/are…?

---…is/are

2.能力目标:

学说、理解并会在情景中正确运用本文的句型

锻炼与他人的相互交流与合作能力

3.情感目标:

保护环境与动物

教学重点

1.单词的拼读

2.句型---Where is/are…?

---…is/are的运用。

3.进行时态的使用。

教学难点

1.    单词bamboo的读法。

2.    强调deer是单复数同形的单词

教学手段:单词卡片、图片、磁带、录音机、磁铁等。


教学过程:

Step1: Warm-up/ Review:

T: Hello, boys and girls!

Ss: Hello, Miss Wang!

T: I’m happy to meet you again. OK, let’s do some actions first. Are you ready?

Ss: Yeah!

T: Show your book and your book bag, please. Yes, very good!

T: Now, listen and do the actions.


Put your book on your book bag.


Put your book in your book bag.


Put your book by your book bag.

(设计意图:先集体做,再小组比赛,主要复习in,on,by等介词,为when的引出做好准备。)

T: Good job!


Step 2: Presentation/ Practice

1. ①T: OK. Now, look at me. ( The teacher puts the book in the book bag.)

T: Tell Miss Wang, where is the book?

S1: The book bag is in the book bag.

(设计意图:通过动作引出where,如果学生不会回答,可以给学生做个示范,引导其对where含义的理解。)


② Then the teacher puts the pencil by the pencil case.

T: Where is the pencil?

Ss: The pencil is by the pencil case.

T: Very good!(将where写在黑板上并教读)


③ The teacher puts two rulers on the desk.

T: Where are the rulers?

S1: The rulers are on the desk. (对复数使用的复习)


④ Game:

One student shows three pencil cases( red, yellow and blue) and puts one eraser in one of them. Then he/she chooses some students to guess where the pencil is.

S1: Where is the pencil?

S2: It’s in the yellow pencil case.

S1: No.

(设计意图:通过游戏提高学生的兴趣,并对以where开头的问句及回答进行练习。)

T: Today, Miss Wang brings some of the animals here. Do you want to look at them?

Ss: Yes!

T: Look! What’s this?

Ss: It’s a rabbit.

T: So, where is the rabbit?

S1: The rabbit is on the chair.

(设计意图:教师拿出动物图片,如 a duck, a cat, a dog, a tiger, a lion, a wolf等的图片,先让学生对学过的动物单词进行复习,再将卡片摆在不同的地方,复习where句型。)

①T: Boys and girls, do you know what the cats love to eat? (可以解释一下love的意思)

S1: The cats love to eat fish.

(教师在黑板上先贴上cat的图片,中间写上love,再在后面贴上fish的图片。)

T: So, cats love fish.

②T: What does the dog love to eat?

S2: The dog loves to eat bones.

T: Yes. Dogs love to eat bones.

③ T: Look! What’s this?

S3: It’s a panda.

T: Good, this is a panda. (展示panda的图片并教读panda)

T: What does the panda love to eat?

S4: It loves to eat bamboo. (引出bamboo,展示图片并教读。)

T: Good! Where is the bamboo? Do you know?

S1: It’s in the park.

S2: It’s in the zoo.

S3: It’s in the forest.

T: Good job! (教师展示forest图片,教读)

T: Yes, you can find the bamboo in the forest. Maybe you can find it in the park, zoo and other places. (引出find,解释并教读)

4. T: This is a forest. Right? So, what can you see in the forest?

S1: I can see flowers.

S2: I can see grass.

S3: I can see many animals.

T: Which animal?

S4: Tiger.

S5: Rabbit.

S8: Deer.

T: Yeah! Look! This is a picture of a deer. OK. Read after me, please. Deer…(教读deer)

T: what does the deer love to eat?

S2:…

T: It loves to eat leaves. So, boys and girls, we should protect our beautiful forest and animals.

(设计意图:该部分通过问forest里有什么引出deer.)

5.① T: Today, there is a party in the forest. Animals are very happy. Look!

Next, the teacher shows one picture about a panda.


T: What is the panda doing?

S1: The panda is dancing.

T: Yes. What about this picture?

S2: The duck is singing.

(设计意图:复习进行时态)

② The teacher asks one boy /one girl to do some actions.

T: What is he doing?

S1: He is sleeping.

T: What is she doing?

S2: She is watching TV.

T: What is Miss Wang doing?

S3: Miss Wang is walking.

T: Yes, I’m walking. (引出并学习单词walk)

③Then, the teacher asks two students to do the same action.

T: What are they doing?

Ss: They are jumping.

T: Good job!

④ The teacher shows two pictures about the text.

T: What are the deer and the panda doing?

Ss: They are walking.

T: Yeah. They are walking to the forest.

T: What about this one? What are they doing?

Ss: They are eating the bamboo.

T: Where are they eating?

S1: They are eating in the forest.

T: Good! They are eating the bamboo in the forest.


6.Open the book. Read the words. Read the text after the radio and the teacher three times. Then, read the text together, read in pairs and role-play.

T: Boys and girls, today we learned some words and the sentences. Who can remember? Tell us, OK?

Step4: Homework

Copy the words four times each.

Read and recite the words and the text.

Find your favorite animal, its favorite food and the place where you can find the food. Write a short passage.

课后反思:

本课在学生已学过的动物及一些介词的基础上进行了扩展,通过教学中的活动,学生已基本能够单词拼读及where句型的使用,通过不断的对旧知的复习,不仅很好的巩固了知识,而且也为新知的引出做好了铺垫。

本课在学生回答完问题或做好任务后及时给予评价,使他们对英语的学习充满信心,敢于开口说英语。

本课在教授时间方面有点紧,所以我会精简其中的一些的内容,保存重难点内容和活动。希望在以后的教学中能不断进步。
