Teaching aims: Teach Ss the new words, litter, trashcan, throw and a phrase: pick up, make Ss can read these words and phrase, know the meanings of them.
Also learn sentences about good habit: Don’t litter. Oh, I’m sorry. Pick up the litter, please. OK.I throw litter into the trashcan.

Teaching difficulties: Have Ss understand and know the words, phrase and sentences. Can read them to make other new sentences, and keep the good habit.

process:
Pre-task:
1. Say a chant, and do some actions
2. Review lesson25 learned before, read the words and phrases, act the dialogs.
3. Divide students into four groups.
While-task:
1.Put up three pictures of litter, trashcan, throw, ask Ss what’s this? Encourage Ss to answer: it’s litter/trashcan. Use the paper things to teach these words.
2.Do the actions, show a pen, ask Ss what’s this? Let Ss answer, it’s a pen. T throws the pen, then pick up the pen, teach Ss the phrase:“pick up”,ask them do the action.
3.Give the card of litter to S1,ask him throw it ,then T says: Don’t litter! Encourage S1 to say: Oh,
I’m sorry. T say: pick up the litter, please. Then T does action and say :I throw litter into the trashcan. Teach Ss the dialogs, use the things made of paper.
Post-task:
1.Play the tape, Ss listen and point, then rewind the tape and play it again, Ss listen and read, read after the tape.
2.Divide the whole class into four groups, one group read one word.E.g:group1, litter, group2, trashcan, group3, throw, group4,pick up. T point to one group, the group must stand up and read the word, have a competition, which group stand and read fast can get a star.
3.Ask Ss to practice the dialogs in pairs, after a few minutes, let some Ss come to the blackboard to act the dialogs.
4.Do the practice on the books, then check answer together
5.Learn the new English song. At first, sing after the tape, read the sentences together, then sing the song by themselves.
6.Listen to the tape, read the words and dialogs after school.
7.Keep good habit in your daily life.

1.
Use the cartoon, make Ss are interested in learning English, have them want to study English.
2.
Do more activities to drill the knowledge.
