Teaching procedures:
一.Warm up and revision
1.Greeting
2.Sing an English song
3.Revise the numbers
(通过热身运动,使学生很快进入英语学习状态。复习数字,为本课顺利学习数字8和9作铺垫。)
二.
New Lessons
1.Learn the news
words :seven ,eight
1)导入新内容
T: How many books?(教师先出示1-6本书,后出示7本书或8本书)
Now let’s count.
(以旧带新,很自然地引出新知识)
2)Practice
T: How much is one plus six?
Ss:One plus six is seven.
T: How much is three plus five?
Ss: Three plus five is eight.
T: How much is two plus four?
Ss: Two plus four is six.
(通过简单的数学算式呈现出来,学生很感兴趣。既与数学学科整合,又练习了英语口语能力。)
2.
Learn the new word:gate
1)T: What’s this?(出示课件)
Ss: It’s a door.
T: Is it a door?( 出示大门课件)
Ss: ……
T: This is not a door. It’s a gate.
2)Practice : ask and answer
How many gates?
(通过课件,学生能很快理解door 和gate的意思。学生对How many gate? 的操练很感兴趣,既练说了gate ,又进一步练习了数字1-8.)
3.Learn the new sentences
Lock the gate,please.
1)Open the gate,please.
T: Open the door. Open the gate.( 出示课件)
Close the door. Close the gate.
2)Lock the door.
T:What’s this?( 出示实物“锁”)
Ss:It”s a lock.
T: What can I do with the lock?
T$Ss: Lock the door.
Lock the gate,please.
1)T:( 出示课件) Look at this gate . It’s open. It’s 11 o”clock at night.
It’s time to lock the gate. Let me lock the gate.
(先由学生熟知的Open the door.引出 Open the gate.再引出 Lock the gate.最后由Lock the door.引出 Lock the gate.层层推进,将以前学过的知识有机结合起来,学生学起来轻松自如。)
4.Play the game:listen and do
1)The teacher says , the students do
2)Little Teacher: One student says ,the other students do.
3)Look and say: One student do, the other students guess.
(这个活动通过说一说,做一做,猜一猜,学生很感兴趣,既活跃了课堂气氛,又使学生眼到耳到口到手到,学习英语的效率大增。)
三.Let’s say it!
1.Listen to the tape two times
2.Read after the tape
3.Say and do the actions
(要求学生先完整地听两遍录音,再跟读,最后边说边做动作,这样对培养学生良好的语音语感很有好处。)
四.
Do Exercises
1.Listen and check.
2.Listen and number.
3.Check the answers.
(通过听音做练习,既检验了学生的学习效果,又训练了学生的听音能力。)
五.
Homework
1.Say the chant to your parents.
2.Draw some pictures, then color them
Three doors , four gates, seven doors , eight gates
(请学生回家将在校所学的展示给自己的家人看,既复习了所学内容,又提高了学生学习英语的兴趣,让孩子们体验到成功的快乐。)
