一、设计理念:
采用任务型教学模式,设计低年级学生乐于接受、乐于参与的活动。以活动为载体,以学生为中心,让学生在听中做、在做中说,在玩中学,在学中用,努力引导学生积极投入学习过程。
二、教学目标:
1.理解学说单词和词组:paper,
scissors,
cut,
a piece of paper,
a pair of scissors

2.理解句子:Draw a circle on a piece of paper . Cut out the circle with a pair of scissors 
三、教学重点:
1.理解学说单词:paper,
a piece of paper,
a pair of scissors 

2.理解本课两句话意思,并且将circle替换成其它形状单词后,也能够理解句子意思。
四、教学难点:
单词scissors的正确发音。
五、教具准备:
Some paper(普通白纸及各种颜色卡纸)a pair of scissors, a tape recorder.
六、教学过程:
Step 1: Warm up
1.
Sing a song.
If you are happy
设计意图:活跃课堂气氛,通过一首学生熟悉的英语歌曲,让学生唱一唱,拍拍手,跺跺脚,将学生的注意力一下子集中到课堂上来。
2.
Review the shapes.

T: Today I am very happy. Why? Look. I have a house. A beautiful house.
师展示用各种颜色卡纸做成的小房子。
TLook. What shape can you see in my house?
Ask students to say the shapes. Review the shapes.
设计意图:复习所学形状类单词,为后面句了的输入理解作铺垫。
Step 2. Presentation
1.
Teach the word and phrases: paper, a piece of paper

1T: Do you like my house? You can make the house by yourselves. 

First , you need some paper.

T take out some paper, Show the paper to the students and say ‘paper’.
T choose a piece of paper, then show it to the students and say ‘a piece of paper’.
2T: Do you have some paper? Please show me your paper.
学生出示他的纸,如果是多张,教师说:“paper如果是一张,教师则说:“a piece of paper”。
设计意图用实物进行直观教学,让学生很快理解意思,并明白paper表示纸,a piece of paper指一张纸。
3Play the tape. Ss listen and point. Then listen and say.
设计意图让学生通过静听知道单词的正确发音,并培养学生听、指的学习习惯。
4Chant. Paper, paper,
a piece of paper.

设计意图通过chant帮助学生练说所学知识,降低难度。
5)师拿出各种颜色卡纸。
T: Look at my paper. What color is it?
拓展训练,让学生试着说出a piece of red paper…
设计意图:通过拓展,一方面使学生尝试说出所学内容,使得输出变得很自然,另一方面将新知与以前所学颜色类单词进行综合运用。
2.Teach the sentences: Draw a cirle on a piece of paper.
1T: We can do many things on the paper. We can write on a piece of paper. We can draw on a piece of paper. Look, Draw a circle on a piece of paper.
师用马克笔示范在一张大卡纸上画一个圆。重复此操作,在不同颜色的卡纸上画出小房子所需形状。师同时说句子:Draw a … on a piece of paper.
设计意图:教师边说边做能够便于学生理解句子的意思,另外师按照小房子的造型画各种图形也为后面做小房子作好了铺垫。
2)学生拿出事先准备好的纸。师发指令,学生画图形,使学生进一步理解句子意思。
3.Teach the word and phrases: cut, scissors, a pair of scissors 
1T: I can draw on the paper. I can cut the paper, too. Cut the paper with a pair of scissors.
师出示剪刀,做剪东西的动作,并且重复说scissors, scissors, a pair of scissors.
2To you have a pair of scissors? Please show me you scissors.
学生出示自己的小剪刀,模仿老师做动作并且试着说出单词及词组。注意提醒学生注意安全。
3Play the tape. Ss listen and point. Then listen and say.
4Teach the sentences: Cut out the circle with a pair of scissors.
T: Now let’s cut out the shapes with a pair of scissors.

Cut out the circle with a pair of scissors. 

师一边说句子,一边用剪刀将刚才所画图形剪出来,
设计意图:在活动操作中使用语言,使得学生便于理解,并且体现了语言的使用交际功能。
Step 3.Wrap up.
1T: Now let’s make a house.
T paste the shapes to make a house.
T: Now do you want to make a beautiful house? How to make a house? Let’s listen.
Play the tape. (Part C) Students listen and point..
学生小组合作制作小房子,鼓励学生在制作过程中尝试说出句子。
设计意图:让学生通过本课学习制作出小房子,使学生运用了本课所学知识,有一定的成就感,并感受到学习的快乐。
2Play a game.
T Introduce the gamerock ,paper , scissors.
Divide the students into eight groups. Students play the game.
设计意图将孩子们熟悉的剪刀、锤子、布游戏引入课堂,激发了学生们的参与欲望,让他们在游戏中快乐的学习和使用英语。
Step 4. Homework.
1.
Listen to the tape and read after it.

2.
Students make the house with their parents, try to use the words and the sentences.
