Unit 2 Lesson 12

一、教学思想:上节课学习的动物名称要熟练掌握,并在熟悉的基础上正确表达自己观点。发挥学生创造性思维。
二 教学目标
1、知识目标:
(1)能听说所学过的动物名称单词。rabbit, bear, elephant, tiger,the big elephant, the little tiger等。
(2)能听、说句型:
Do you like the ...?
Yes, I do.
No, I don’t.
并根据自己的喜好做出反应.
2、能力目标:
(1)
培养学生和发展学生的听、说、读能力。(2)、提高学生的日常交际能力。
(3)训练学生的小组合作能力。
3、情感目标:培养学生良好的合作态度和正确的竞争意识,激发学生的学习热情。
三 教学重点:能听懂并会说
Do you like the...?
Yes, I do.
No, I don’t.
四 教学难点:会正确运用教授句型进行交流。
五 教具动物玩具,两张手工做的happy face J和unhappy face。L
六:教学过程:
Step 1. Warm up/Revision.
1、Sing a song. “I like the big bear.”
2、Greetings:
T: Stand up, please. Hello, boys and girls.
Ss: Hello, Maggie.
T: Sit down , please!
3、 Play a guessing game.
(Take out a big bag, let Ss guess what’s in it.)
T: You see I have some animals, but I don’t know what are they.
I am white. I can jump. Who am I ?
Ss: Rabbit. (如果学生猜中就奖励一个小星星,提高学生学习英语的兴趣)
The same way of other animals.
Then after the Ss guess all the animals, let the animals sit in a line.
设计意图:在熟悉的英语歌曲环境中,学生自然的融入到英语学习氛围中,产生了学习英语的热情。猜谜游戏既复习了旧知,又对旧知进行了归纳总结,并训练了学生的英语思维。
Step 2
1、T: I like the bear. What about you? (让一个学生站起来)
S1: I like the bear, too.
(Then ask another student)
What about you?
S2: I like the panda.
T: Do you like the bear? (T takes out two faces, one is happy, one is unhappy) and say: “like” show the happy faceJ, “don’t like” show the unhappy faceL
(同时师用表情来表示不同的意思)
S2 will choose the unhappy face.
T: You say “No, I don’t.”
S2: No, I don’t.
T: (ask S1)Do you like the bear?
S1 will nod his/her head.
T: You should say “Yes, I do.”
S1: Yes, I do.
Then write these sentences on the blackboard.
Do you like the ?(paste the cards of animals )
Yes, I do.J
No, I don’t.L
Then let Ss repeat after teacher.
In different ways. (可以采用大声小声读,师大声,生小声;)
设计意图:用不同的Faces 表示所表达的意思,学生可以一目了然,很容易就说出来。
并且在带领读的时候采用大小声,能够提高学生的兴趣,学生在游戏的方式中读书,会充满兴趣,并且掌握的很好。
T(举起玩具动物):Do you like the ...?
(并出示不同的faces,让学生看着并且回答)
Ss: Yes, I do/No, I don’t.
Step 3
1、Pair work
找出一个学生来问,其余的学生回答。男生来问,女生回答。分组问答。(分别给予奖励)
2、Say a chant. (elephant, elephant.)
Then change the chant.
Like “ monkey, monkey, do you like the monkey?
“ Yes, I do .Yes, I do .
“No, I don’t. No, I don’t.”
Let Ss do the pair work.
T—Ss
Ss—Ss
S—Ss S—S
Then check some pairs and give praise.
设计意图:低年级的学生很喜欢chant的环节,进一步巩固了学习的重点。
Step 4
Sing the song in lesson 12.
Homework.
1)Listen to lesson 12 and repeat 5 times.
2)Make 3 sentences with “Do you like the ...?” orally.
