  1 能正确使用所学的形状单词circle square triangle
  2 能听懂询问图形的句子并做出应答What shape is it ? It’s a triangle .
  3 能够通过看图阅读对话，培养学生初步运用英语进行交流的能力。

  1 听懂、理解单词circle, square,triangle, cake, ball, watch, clock 
  2 能够听、说、读与形状和活动有关的交际用语：What shape is it ?  Stand in a circle. Look at

    the robot.等

  1 能够在语言学习的过程中，感知、接触、理解其他相关学科的知识内容。
  2 能够通过课文的学习使学生感受到英语和我们的生活密切相关，并学会用英语表达用形状组合的东    西。
  3 能够激发学生的想象空间，使学生能够用形状制作东西点缀自己的生活。
  4 能够通过学习引发学生对美好生活的热爱情感，并激发学习兴趣。

  1 三角形的正确读音
  2 运用What shape is it ?进行提问和回答。
四 教学准备
多媒体课件，单词卡片，彩纸剪成的一些形状，蛋糕，白纸等。
五 教学过程
Step1. 歌曲导入，激发兴趣
1.T: First ,let’s sing a song “Look at the robot.” with the tape. Ss sing the song 
(课前齐唱英语歌曲,既可活跃课堂气氛,又能是学生尽快进入角色)
2.Free talk
(课前简短的英语会话,使学生自然地进入到学习英语的状态.)
3.看物说词比赛
教师出示不同形状的物品，学生看物快速说出其形状单词，如：circle square等。
Step2. 设置悬念,复习旧知.
  1.T: I have a box .Can you guess what’s in my box?
    Ss: pen\ ball\ watch\ clock.(尽可能使他们猜一些他们学过的单词)
    T: Open it and see .(打开盒子，揭开谜底)
    Ss: Wow, ball, watch, clock 
    (通过猜一猜的游戏激发学生的思维，开拓学生的想象空间，同时也设置了悬念，吸引学生的意，当学生看到时就会很自然的说出上节课所学的内容，达到复习旧知的目的，还可以引出本节课的知识点。)
2. T: Let’s read together .(Ss read the words .)
   （设计读这一环节是为了巩固记忆，培养学生的朗读能力。）
3. T: Look at the watch. What shape is it ?(Ss answer together )
    (巩固上一节课所学的形状)
4. T: Show Ss a cake from the box .Point to the cake .Teach the new word : cake 
    Then ask : What shape is it ?(在这里可以鼓励学生用汉语回答，培养他们在英语课上能大胆的说话。)
   T: Yes , it’s a triangle .
     (Get Ss to read the word one by one .) 
Step 3 练习，巩固新知
  1.Play the tape .Get Ss to read after the tape .Then have Ss open their books to page 7.GetSs to do Part3—Listen and number.
  2. Play the computer ,show “ cake ,clock ,ball .and so on” on the screen .Get 
     Ss to play a game “ What’s missing?”（课件展示我们所学的物品）
     And then ask: What shape is it?(在这一环节中利用多媒体来组织游戏环节，既可以巩固新知和复习旧知，又可以调动学生们学习英语的兴趣和积极性。)
Step 4. 拓展新知
  1. Take out a triangle ruler ,ask : What shape is it ?  
   Ss : It’s a triangle .
   T: Yes, the ruler is a triangle .
    Encourage Ss to find more shapes in our classroom . Get them to answer like this :1. The is a circle.
2. The desk is a square.
   (新课标指出，语言的学习在于真实的运用，不能仅仅停留于课文表面。为此设计了以上的拓展教学，旨在开发学生思维，让学生能灵活运用所学语言。)
3 Take out a picture .Point to the picture ,ask“ What shape is this ?It’s a circle \square.
  T: Can you draw a picture use these shapes?
  Ss: Yes.
  T: OK ,now get Ss to draw a picture use circle\ square\ triangle .
   (设计最后一个拓展性的任务活动，让学生用所学过的形状来画一幅图画，又一次拓展了本课的教学。)
Step 5 歌曲结束
  T: Now let’s have a rest .Let’s sing a song “ What shape is this? “ with the tape .Get Ss to sign the song . (设计这部分的目的，一方面是为了让同学们放松一下，另一方面也是为了巩固本节课所学的内容)

七教学反思
    优化课堂教学内容，就是通过永远，动作，表情，音乐等手段，创造具体，形象，直观的审美教学情景，使学生产生情感共鸣，从而优化学生的认知活动。在课堂上我采用了如下教学手段：利用高低声和猜词的游戏等活动，调动学生的情绪，集中学生的注意力，使学生产生愉悦感，从而激发学生对英语的兴趣。利用单词卡片和让学生自己找一些有关形状的图画等手段来教学单词，句子。体现出教学的直观性和趣味性，让学生比较轻松地掌握单词。我们现在使用的这套清华英语教材中一大亮点就是每课一歌，而歌词又是每课新授的语言材料，这样的“每课一歌”学生们非常感兴趣，这样一来，既放松了学生学习的压力，又巩固了所学的知识。非常符合学生的特点。
