教材简析:《 JOBS 》是清华英语2B Lesson20 的内容。本课主要教学内容是一些职业类的单词,并要求学生能在一定语境下围绕职业类单词运用句型“What job do you want to be?

I want to be …”进行灵活交流。为寻找一个新旧衔接推陈出新的固定点,同时也为了丰富充实本课略显单薄的教学内容,我将前面所学的关于职业类的单词加以整合运用,力求创造性的使用教材。


设计理念:本课注意培养学生兴趣,通过教师的体态语,优美的意境,通过为学生创设轻松愉快的英语氛围,让学生在玩中学,学中乐,从而达到寓教于乐的目的。整堂课动感很强,体现了全员参与,在活动中开始,在情景中操练,体现了小学低年级的外语教学特点:教学中充满情趣,使学生有兴趣,课堂中呈现有童趣这样一种感觉。

教学目标:

A:教学内容

1. Words and Phrases: police officer,pilot

2. Sentences:

——What job do you want to do?

——I want to be a police officer / pilot.

B.知识、能力和情感目标:

(1)能听说认读单词pilot, police officer;并能用句型“What job do you want to be?

I want to be …”进行自如交流。

(2)激发学生兴趣,树立自信心,体验成就感,培养学生乐感,美感。

(3)通过学习,培养学生从小热爱学习,并能树立远大目标。

教学重难点:

1.掌握单词police officer, pilot的正确发音。

2.理解并能够用所学关于职业的句型在日常生活中进行交际运用。

教学准备:

CAI课件(伴奏带)、单词卡片、拇指套、记者话筒等。

教学过程:

Step一:热身活动

激活课堂

1.自我介绍:T:Good morning ,boys and girls. I’m Miss Hu , I’m your friend. First ,I want to know do you like English? Do you want to learn English well?

2.提出三个要求:

T: I have three requirements

a.The first: Look at me. Look at my eyes, look at my mouth.

b.The second: Follow me. Do as I do.

c.The third: Open your mouth and speak loudly.

(设计思路:这三个要求是孩子们学好英语的三个基本条件,也是孩子们必须要做到的三个要求。)

3.Sing a song《We are happy》

播放《迪斯尼神奇英语》中一段动画歌曲。One, Two, Three, we are happy .One, Two, Three, we are a family .One, Two, Three, we are happy .One , Two, One, Two, Three.

4. Are you happy? If you're happy, let's do a game.

Step二、自然导入

以旧带新

1. Guessing game: Say as quickly as you can.

Show some flashcards that have learnt before and do some actions, have students guess the jobs.

---Who is he/she? He is a doctor/nurse/singer/fireman/cook…

2. Let’s chant. Chant it together with the CAI.

(上课前的热身运动,师生一起为下面的教学活动有选择的歌唱,这种说说唱唱的表演形式符合小学生的年龄特点,吸引学生的注意力,活跃了课堂气愤,也加强了学生的口语练习。)

3. Show the CAI:呈现小偷偷东西场景。Guess? What can I do? Who is coming? 教学单词police officer.

4. Listen and guess: Who are they? 课件呈现建国60周年阅兵式上女飞行员驾机飞过天安门城楼上空时的精彩瞬间.教学单词pilot.

5. Read the words again and again.(开火车,个人读,小组读,齐读)

(用生活中同学们所熟知的警察抓小偷场景和建国60周年庆典场面导入新课,通过猜一猜,看一看,不仅充分吸引学生注意力,而且对本节课的英语学习创设了轻松愉快的教学环境)

Step三、趣味操练

巩固单词

1.T: Let’s do some games.

(1)大小声读单词

(2)看嘴型读单词

(3)出示“拇指套”---Whose eyes are magic?

(4)图片猜猜猜

a.出示工具猜职业

b.出示黑猫警长,动物医生啄木鸟,趣味性很浓。。。。。。

2.Make a chant

(游戏是小朋友最愿意做的事情,用一环套一环由易到难的游戏来巩固新单词,复习旧单词,不仅活跃了课堂气氛,而且锻炼了学生的观察力,头脑的反应能力和解决问题的能力。)

Step四、创设情境 教学句型

1.Show the CAI,呈现记者采访画面

----Look! Do you know? What does she do?

----Yes, she is a reporter.(教师拿出准备好的CCTV话筒。)

Now, I’m a reporter.

2. 采访学生,引出新句型。

----I want to be a pilot/police officer/doctor/cook…

----What job do you want to do?

3.Game: Who is the best reporter?

(利用“记者采访”这种生动活泼的形式,让学生在一种真实的氛围中学习句型,由师生互动到生生互动来操练句型,学生很快就能掌握句型。)

Step五、巩固提高

课堂延伸

1.播放《 If you are happy 》伴奏带,教师带领学生填词编歌。

What job do you want to do?

I want to be a pilot.

What job do you want to do?

I want to be a police officer...

(随着 音乐节拍,自编歌曲,这种说说唱唱的形式,不仅唱出了本课的重点,而且学生非常感兴趣,真正体现了在玩中学,学中乐!)

2.绽放梦想之花Draw and stick the dreams通过贴“理想”活动,深化主题,并培养学生良好的职业观,健康的人生观和价值观!

Step 六 Homework

1.Teach the words to your parents.

2.Talk about the jobs with your parents.

(英语教师给学生布置作业要突出“实践性”,回家教爸爸妈妈,将“英语课堂”延伸到“家庭课堂”,推进了家庭英语学习环境的建设。)
