教材简析:


本单元的中心话题是反义词。编者通过各种动物呈现了六对反义词和两个由What 和Which引导特殊疑问句及答句。我所选的这一课是一对反义词good; bad,句子是The dog is good. The wolf is bad.P53练习三还呈现了一些好的和不好的行为习惯,实际上是一个拓展练习,延伸了good和 bad的含义;并且对学生养成良好的生活习惯起到了积极的导向作用。


学情分析:



我的教学对象是一年级下学期的学生,他们已经学了半年的英语,能理解简单的课堂指令语和简单的英语。但是由于他们年龄小,活泼好动,注意力集中的时间还不长,因此,教师需要利用学生乐于表达的心理特征,变换各种教学手段来保持他们持久的学习欲望及注意力,引导他们乐于参与课堂,用英语表达出自己的思想,体会到学习的愉悦。本课中学生遇到的困难将是wolf的发音;good, bad含义的延伸;如何用英语思维并表达出句型
The ____ is good/ bad.我在教学设计中还扩充了句式The ____ are good/ bad, 这是希望能多进行input, 学生的output在寄希望在潜移默化中。


Teaching Aims


1.Knowledge objects:Learn and master the following words


and sentences:


1) Words: dog wolf good bad

Sentences:The dog is good. The wolf is bad.

Teaching Procedures (教学过程):


Step I 
Warm up


1.       Greeting.


T: Good morning, how are you?....


Ss: I’m fine, thank you. How are you?


T: I’m fine too.


(教学目的:通过师生问候,使学生进入课堂状态并自然形成用口语会话的习惯。)


Step II   Lead -in


2.       Divide the students into four groups: tigers rabbits fish monkey


(教学目的:便于展开小组比赛,利于低年级学生保持学习兴趣。)


3.       Do some actions. Tigers,wash your face,… rabbits,



brush your teeth... (教学目的:复习动物及上几个单元重点短语。)


4.       Ask some questions about animals: What can the


rabbits do? What can the fish do?... (教学目的:为新课埋下伏笔。)


5.       Listen to music. (教学目的:放松情绪,且又是另一伏笔。)


Step III
New:


1.       To teach dog: (PPT展示出现狗叫声)



T: Listen! Who’s coming? (教学目的:用多媒体课件的狗叫声吸引学生注意力。)


Ss: Dog.


Repeat the word dog some times. Ss follow.



T: What can the dog do? Can the dog sing/ fly/ swim? (教学目的:引导学生用英语表达,并开拓学生思维。)



Ss: No, The dog can walk. The dog can swim….



T:
Yes. The dog can keep guard too.


2. To teach wolf : (PPT展示出现狼叫声)



T: Listen! Who’s coming? (教学目的:用多媒体课件的狼叫声吸引学生注意力。)



Ss: Wolf.


Repeat the word wolf some times. Ss follow.


3.To teach good and bad.


Show the good and bad apple, to teach good and bad. (教学目的:利用实物感知好good坏bad)

(此处设计一个快速触摸单词游戏,两个学生站在黑板边,第三个学生说出一个单词,看谁先摸到。)


5.Show PPT(一个好苹果,一个坏苹果)


(教学目的:操练句型)


T: What colour is the apple? One is___. The other is ____.


S1:___________________.


T:
Which apple is good?


S2:The red apple is good.


T:
Which apple is bad?


S3: The green apple is bad.



The same way to introduce: The banana is good/ bad.


The wolf is bad, the sheep is good.(用PPT展示好香蕉和坏香蕉;狼吃小羊的图片。)


6. Watch cartoons. (PPT展示《三只小猪》片段)


(教学目的:动画片能更好地吸引学生,激发学生学习兴趣)


7.Who’s good? Who’s bad?(教师根据动画片内容引导学生自己说英文句子。


8.Talk freely.(PPT展示生活中的好事情坏事情,如汶川地震中救灾的人,坚强的孩子,不乱丢垃圾的学生等,从动画世界回归真实生活。)


9.(教学目的:下面的教学环节是多渠道输入bad的概念,是学生明白bad不仅是东西的腐烂和人的行为坏,还有天气的恶劣。)


T: Listen!(PPT展示电闪雷鸣的暴风雨天气。)


T: How about the weather?


Ss: The weather is bad.



Step IV
Listening and Consolidation (教学目的:训练听力及口语,熟悉教材回归教材。)


Play the tape for the students and ask them to read



after the tape, paying attention to the pronunciation and intonation.

Learn Part 3&4(教学目的:检查学习效果)



Listen and do Exercises 3&4.


Step VI Listen to a song. (P53 Part 5)(教学目的:愉悦身心,在歌曲中总结教学重点。)
