Step I. Teaching Organization
1. Greetings.
2. Warming up.
Sing a song for the 3 groups:
Hello! 1, 2, 3.
（Notes：开场白为学生们唱一首英文歌，关注零起点的孩子，借助于音乐引发他们感受英语的学习兴趣。）
3. Show the group signals:
3 flowers.
（Notes：分组为后面新授知识的导入做铺垫，同时也有利于小组活动，倡导新理念下的合作精神的培养。）
Step II. New Teaching
Part A. New Words (nose, ear, ears)
1. nose
Pick up the flower.
Smell it. Then touch the nose.
(T-Ss)
Learn the new word: nose.
Show the picture, read after the teacher.
Pay attention to the pronunciation.
Read together.
（Notes：通过感受“花香”，直接导入新单词nose的认知。）
2. ear
Teacher touches some students’ noses.
Say the word: nose.
Make a mistake: touch one student’s ear.
Students judge it.
Learn the new word: ear.
Show the picture, read after the teacher.
Pay attention to the pronunciation.
Read together.
（Notes：教师触摸个别学生的nose后，故意出错，过渡到新单词ear的认知。）
3. ears
Touch the left ear and right ear.
Learn the new word: ears
Compare for the two words:
ear ears
Read after the teacher.
Pay attention to the pronunciation.
Read together.
Game: say the word quickly.
Show one picture (ear/ears) quickly.
Students say the word quickly.
（Notes：通过对比单词ear和ears，让学生注意区分单复数。借助于游戏，利用快速反应去刺激学生的视觉感官，进一步帮助理解词义。）
4. Summing up.
Show the picture: a big elephant.
Show the word cards: ear, ears, nose.
Match the cards and picture.
Game 1: Listen and touch.
Listen to the orders, then touch the correct body parts.
Group match.

Game 2: What’s missing?
Show some cartoon stars without nose or ears.
Help them to find out the body parts.
